Hola Familia!

This week was pretty good! Its so weird that we are getting really close to the end! Still no news on visas.... just keep praying i guess. but we should find out more by this weekend! I got a few packages and yes everyone enjoyed the package mom. Tell everyone i'm sorry if i didnt give a individual thanks i have gotten so many things! So i got to host last wednesday but Jalon had already got here so i couldn't get him, but i kept my sticker so i'll just sneak out there this week and keep an eye out for everyone!

I was thinking you guys could send me a letter with just straight questions and i'll answer them all! but it is really hard for me to know what to say in these cause it is literally the same every day.

So elder Wilson in my district jacked up his ankle playing ball at GYM time. It looks like mine did after John landed on it. We have all been helping him but hopefully it wont keep him in the MTC for extra time. We all got haircuts this week so everyone is looking fresh. We have gotten a lot closer with this district down the hall from us, they are all going to Argentina too and 2 of them are actually going to my same mission. They are all really cool. We also got new ZLs this week. I am really struggling to think of things to say sorry i know i am lame, this week i'll keep a mini journal so i know exactly what to tell you guys.\

Hello!

Hola Familia!

This week was pretty cool, there were a few days that it was really slow but it has been good. I was released as the DL but Elder Jones will do a great job at it. He is the one I have gotten the closest with. Today we got to go to the temple again, but this time we did sealings. It was really cool cause that was the first time in about 13 years ;) the guy who did them was awesome and loved to talk a lot!

The Consoul was really cool, after hearing him talk everyone was super excited to get there, it sounds like an awesome place. He is from Buenos Aires but he had only good things to say about Rosario. All we had to do, was get fingerprinted again and then sign the page in front of him. I developed a new signature by the way, I'll write home soon so you can see it! They are hoping to have our Visas in time and our expected time to leave is the week of Feb. 25. (yes the week you are gone)

Please tell Stacy Nadauld, Marilyn Ellsworth, Jim + Kate, and Gma Martin thanks I got packages from all of them this week. I really like the ties and tie clip that grandma sent me, still for future reference, ties are ALWAYS welcome. I can never get enough. everyone in my district has a ton.

I am so sorry to hear about Grandma Kitty, but the second I read that I felt so much comfort and knew that she was watching over me. It has been a long time without Grandpa Jack so I'm sure she is so happy to see him again.

Sorry this is kinda short again, but I honestly don't have much to say. Dad wanted to know the regular schedule that we have and this is a basic version.

1/2 way done with the MTC!!

Hola mi familia! I am still really liking the MTC! The food still could not be worse, but the experiences are amazing! I miss you all but its so great to be serving the Lord!

So this week we started teaching 2 new investigators and it is really hard! But it is so rewarding to be able to go in there without any notes and speak 100% in Spanish! Elder Thorn and I have been working well as a team. I really miss home on some days but the spirit helps me not get too home sick! I'm glad everyone is doing well, and I still love getting mail even though it has slowed down a ton! I got a lot the first 2 weeks and not much this week, but that's okay! I'm starting to see more and more people that i know here and its awesome to see so many! We are meeting with the Visa agents and the Argentina consul this week so hopefully that is a good sign, there is a lot of missionaries getting reassigned and stuff that would not be very fun. I'm already ready to get to Argentina.

The days feel really long here, but the weeks go by really fast! I feel like i have gotten a lot done in these 3 weeks but they have flown by! We are on the downhill slide now and that will be awesome! I was supposed to be released as the DL this week but Pres. Jackman was in Texas so i guess i get one more week! I actually really like being the DL but its not a ton of extra stuff! This week I saw a lot of elders from Springville, Miles, Buhler, Garfield, Kreiger. We got a picture all together at the Temple and I'll try to send that a little bit later on the computers that work for pictures.

Sorry i feel like i don't have a ton to say because its really just the same thing every day here. I am really liking my district and we have gotten really close. There are so many awesome people here at the MTC, a lot of really good examples!

Sorry I'll write stuff down throughout the week this week so i can tell you more next Monday, i know this is really short, but send me letters and I'll try to respond to those too! love you all!
