What a fast week!

Hola Familia!!

This week went by really really fast! It feels like just yesterday that I was writing you guys but it was a good week!

So some people have no idea what they are doing because like 3 missionaries told me that Thanksgiving was this last Thursday and I have no idea so I just believed them. But I will be sure to make those mashed potatoes this week! :)

Starting out on Monday last week we had a couple awesome days. It was a day that we just looked back and knew that everything that happened was exactly what needed to happen! We were able to teach a few people and we also met this guy named F. he is awesome, he is in his 70s and was almost baptized when he was 13 but his parents said no. he also lived in New York for a few years and speaks pretty good English. But he drove up to us in front of our apartment and told us to pray for him because he doesn't feel good. We got talking and we invited him to go to the church that night so that we could talk with him more and he agreed. On our way we wanted to stop and take a recent convert member with us and we go to his house and he was singing (like mic and speakers status!) haha so he couldn't hear the doorbell. We finally got him to come out and by the time we got to the church Francisco had come and left because he thought he went to the wrong place. But we are gonna try to work with him. We have not been able to find him again this week yet.

On Tuesday we were able to give a blessing to an 11 day old baby. He is sooo cute and soo small! it was so spiritual because literally as we opened our eyes at the end of the blessing he smiled big. To me that was him saying thanks. He may not have understood what was said but he felt the spirit. So cool!

We have been trying really hard this week to polish up our rough edges. Believe it or not, I have a few haha but we have been trying to be more dedicated and diligent and we are already starting to see the blessings from  it. Our zone is really starting to do a lot better and we are getting excited for them!

One day this week, i don't remember... we had to go to the bus station to wait with one of the sisters who was waiting for her comp. But she cant be alone so we being her zone leaders had the amazing chance to go sit there for 4 hours..... haha it wasn't that bad i guess. But while we were there we saw these 3 kids who were just straight out of Europe! haha I started talking to them in English and they are from Denmark and were here in South America for 3 months just traveling around alone. Pretty cool, they are active members of the Methodist church and we talked a little bit about the things we believe in and it was really interesting to learn more about their church.

So yes the package was not touched and i got the triple. And the shoes are awesome, They are now my meeting shoes so I will keep them nice as long as possible! But I'm glad you are all doing well!! love you guys and have a great week!!
